FAQ
Can I transfer my rewards or VIP perks to a friend, or exchange them for cash?
No. All rewards and VIP perks are non-transferable, exclusive to registered members, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How do I redeem my rewards at the restaurant?
Rewards are valid for dine-in only. You must be present in person and logged in to your account to redeem. Members are limited to one (1) VIP reward per day. Each member may redeem one (1) $5 Welcome Voucher per day.
Can I use my rewards with other discounts or promotions?
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Tiers are reviewed every 3 months.
What is membership policy?
Takumi Japanese BBQ reserves the right to modify the membership program at any time without notice and holds the final right of interpretation. Membership tiers are reviewed every 3 months. If you do not meet the required points during a review period, your account may be downgraded by one tier.
When does my Welcome Voucher expire?
